As a Denplan patient you pay a Direct Debit on a monthly basis which covers dental treatment decided between you and your Millersneuk Dentist. To join Denplan there are 4 simple steps:

1. Contact Millernseuk Dental Practice to arrange your first appointment & let one of the Millersneuk staff members know that you are interested in joining as a Denplan patient. We can then send out an information pack or you can pick one when you visit Millersneuk Dental Practice.
2. A Millersneuk Dentist will discuss any treatment you need which must be carried out before you join and establish what plan you should go on. You will then be informed as to what your monthly fee would be and what treatment will be available.
3. After reading the Supplementary Insurance policy summary within the application and membership pack, complete the application form and sign a Care Agreement, which is a contract between you and your Millersneuk Dentist.
4. Once your application is received by Denplan, they will write to you to confirm and provide you with a membership card.
